The house is over 2 storeys and of a more modern type of construction than is usual in the area - this makes it strong and practical and leaves only minor DIY to complete, apart from the usual issue of moving a bathroom inside. Luckliy there is already a room upstairs which would be perfect for this purpose. Upstairs has a full-length balcony overlooking unspoilt nature and the old village a couple of km away. The house isn`t large, but both floors have an airy hallway with pleasant rooms off, with wooden floors.

If you are looking for more space for all sorts of purposes, the old barns are ideal. Still in good shape, I was imagining guest rooms or a studio - it`s big enough for all sorts of ideas and to retain the original features and a rustic feel.

The land is 1880 m2 and surrounds the property and is a bit of a blank canvas - there are no neighbours to overlook you although road access is excellent. Water, electricity and phone are not a problem here.

It is quite expensive for a smaller house, but this villa zone around the reservior is in great demand, the surrounding villages are lovely and one of them even quite sophisticated! I think the position will win someones heart and the condition their head - or is that the other way round? Either way, a wise investment and good choice.
